Blasting Media Recycling Systems / ARC 6 Arccorrosion Vacuum Machine

It’s a mobile blasting media recycling system. Vacuum machine filters the blasting media by recycling with high flow rate and pressure and transfers into the blast pot. The machine has very high efficiency. Machine amortisation time is 10-12 months. The pneumatic recycling systems are used for the needs of blasting media recovery, to clean the available blasting media by filters which are inside the machine and to stock the blasting media. It works at negative pressure level of 450-500 mbar average. It can absorb the blasting media from an average distance of 60-70 m and pass it from the cyclone filter. Machine has advantage both * provide long-term usage of the blasting media and *save from the labor cost.
